• Rate for third guest older than 12 years old is 1,900 THB/night

• Third guest under 3 years old is free of charge. Third guest 4-11 years old rate is 1,200 THB/night

• Charges will not apply for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the day of arrival. Cancellation fee for less than 14 days is 100% of the stay rate.

• Guest can change stay date for 1 time only and have to notify Loylum staff 7 days before your stay. (Subject to Villa Availability)

• Guests are required to wear a life jacket at all times while in the raft or doing water activities. In the event of any damage, the Loylum Villa disclaims any liability.

• Due to the location of the villa in the middle of the water Guests must take care of their own belongings. If it falls into the water, the Loylum Villa cannot be held liable for any damage caused.

• Pets are not allow on the villa.

• Conditions are as specified by the Loylum Villa and reserves the right to cancel or change with prior notice.
